I got this in #201 and it gave me a natural bright complexion. My shade is 23. It's really lightweight and it doesn't transfer. It really adheres to the skin.I have oily skin, but this cushion really held on well. It doesn't make me oily for the first 3,4 hours.The only troubling thing is that it might cling onto dry patches and clump up if you don't prep your skin well.You really have to make sure your skin is hydrated. It covers the pores well and overall a great cushion.
