Very thin viscosity and is completely clear. Easy to apply on either a cotton pad or by patting it on the face with your hands. I don’t find it the most hydrating toner, but it absorbs quickly and it’s easy to layer with other products.  It does not irritate my skin. The one complaint I have about this product is the fragrance, which is fresh and nice smelling but I think it'd be better without it.
