The best eye cream out there. It is very moisturizing, but not too much, so it will not make millia under eyes. It is in a form of a cream, not a gel. It absorbs fairly quickly and also gives a nice base when you use concealer over it. It helps to maintain the eye area looking nice and hydrated. I love it and highly recommend it. I love that they added jeju island ingredients.
