The packing is good, there is a spatula inside the box, for a hygenic use of the patches. The product has a nice smell, can't say i've seen a different effect from any other pathches, but the skin in soft, moisturized, some small, fine lines are plumbed,  maybe a little of puffiness is reduced, the effect is temporary; i don't have dark circles, so can't tell about that. Overall, it's ok!
