I have used over 20 packs of these acne patches and I will continue to do so! They help suck out that yucky white puss of the acnes as well as speeding up the healing process! Having said that, there are times where there's certain spots that the patches doesn't work on (as in, it is unable to suck the puss out) and I find that somewhat annoying, but for majority of the time they work well! Another thing to consider is that if you want to wear pimple patches out during the day time (with or without makeup), I would say these ones are a little thick, therefore a bit noticeable, so if you want to use pimple patches that are a little less noticeable then I will recommend the COSRX clear fit master patches instead.
