It's a nice cleanser, smells okay and cleans well. Jose packed the product very well and came with a lot of free samples. However, the bottle came broken, the nozzle broke off and I couldn't find it anywhere in the box. Which means that it was already broken when they packed it in bubble wrap. It's really difficult to use now and a lot of products leaked every time I use it. So don't reach for it often because of this :( :( Jolse, please check your products next time before you send it. Anyhow, I'm very glad with my other products and will order soon.
