This is the first cleansing balm I use, i purchased it at a bomb sale for 7$, but I guess it doesn't worth it's 19$ price. First of all, it's a balm, a very thick one, and SAAT dind't think about a spatula, or maybe they want you to scoop it with your nails? Secondly it has a minty smell, but what's worst it feels minty on face, my face hate this feeling, because it's very sensitive. About the cleansing effect, it's okay, but my face remains redish after this, can't understand it's because it's irritating or because i wipe it with a cotton pad. I don't think I would repurchase it.
