Although it does contain alcohol pretty high up the list, it still works well for everyday use. All 3 of the females in my family use it everyday, and love it. I purchased the 250 mL for personal use, but I guess the love spread. I had to come back and purchase the bigger bottle within one(!!!)  month. Bonus since it also comes with the cotton pads. We blew through that pretty quickly though. Totally recommend if what you want is a toner for everyday needs; although people with dry skin might need to stray away from this.
