Got it for someone as a gift, she said she likes to keep it in the fridge and put them on in the morning while getting ready as it gives cooling and hydrating feeling, reduces the puffiness and darkness under the eyes. However the shape doesn't fit too well. Comes with a spatula. As it was a gift, I personally liked the outside packaging as well with the holographic letters.
