It feels very light in consistency on the skin, however it is a lot less drying than other toners I have used and helps to keep skin moisturized for the other steps of my routine. It is just the right balance to be suitable for all skin types. I feel like it helps to prevent blemishes due to the witch hazel, however as I use it with other products I can't tell just how effective it is on it's own, but it makes a bigger difference to the texture and appearance of my skin than other toners I have tried from EH and Skinfood. The quantity is amazing for the price and although a lot less known than other blemish/pore cleaning toners I would recommend to anyone who is looking for either a start-up toner or a cheaper replacement.
