I bought this toner as the start of my journey into a Korean skincare routine! I was introduced to it after watching Gothamista's glowing review of it for budget skincare, and I feel like it's worked well. It has a slightly more viscous texture than water, which helps it spread easily. There is some scent, but it's barely noticeable, and smells just like aloe. I use 2 layers at night and it helps keep my face plump and hydrated. I even use it on my lips, which were previously cracked and flaky, but are now more moisturized (although still battling the harsh winter cold). Overall, I really like this product.
