The consistency is thicker than just water so I thought it would be moisturizing but unfortunately it is not. Also, I still not see any visible effects (I got better effects by using Cosrx snail essence but I know it might be different for everyone). However, I can appreciate how Cosrx tries to make innovative products. :)
