I have been using this toner for almost 2 months now and I can tell that it is a lightweight hydrating toner. However, it did irritate a little when applying for the past week as my face has become very dry and sensitive due to the cold weather outside and the blasting heat indoors. This being said, I still like this toner as it does its job at hydrating my skin, although I would slather on more than I would with other toners.
