I really like this. I use it as a toner to use before using actives (like BHA, AHA, Vitamin C) so that my skin's pH levels can go down after cleansing so that the atives work at their best. Since using this I've noticed results from my actives to be a lot faster. When I use vitamin C without this it takes a month for spots to fade. Using this before vitamin C has made my results so much faster.
This is a good "last step cleansing" toner so sometime I use this after using micellar water if I want to remove makeup but am not going to cleanse my face for a while (you know when you get home and sometimes you just want to get the makeup off your face)
Also this isn't too harsh, I haven't noticed any tingling or sensitivity when using this
