I find this to be an ok toner when used by itself but find it to work amazing when used in conjunction with the missha time revolution essence. Because of that I don't use it if I'm not using the essence, I'll just use a normal, cheaper toner. But when I am going to use the essence at night I find together they give really good hydration and my skin feels smoother and looks brighter the next day. Also when I use the essence at night I used to not use toner before hand because I found it made my face not absorb the essence as well but with this it stills absorbs just as well, hence it's the only toner I use if I'm going to use a toner before essence
