I bought this pencil eyeliner in #01 (black). The texture is creamy and it's easy to apply. I noticed that the result isn't as good as expected. I have to go over my lash lines several times because it doesn't offer an intense pigmentation. :( It claims to be waterproof but it starts to smudge after a couple of hours. I think this eyeliner is okay for that price but there are better ones out there.
