Hydrating, noticed a difference in puffiness and dark circles! I would give it 4 stars because the shape is a little awkward and I feel like it doesn't sit nicely around my under eye area. I love this product anyways and I don't mind laying down with the eye patch's because they slide down when sitting upright or standing.
