This is a simple, gentle cleanser that does its job nicely! Low pH cleansers around 5.5 are good to have since the pH level is similar to the skin. The gel that comes out is clear and does not lather up much with your hands alone, but the foam does build up when using a foaming net or loofa. You're either going to love or hate that tea tree oil scent, but personally I love it! Since using this cleanser, I haven't had any negative reactions or breakouts to it. My pores have been looking tighter, and my skin looks smoother.
