When you first open this cushion and remove the sticker, there will be some sort of oil resting on top, but rest assured that it only happens the first time you open it.
I got mine in #301
Now for the cushion review:
Pros:
- Gives that very dewy look that makes you look like you have glass skin
- Looks very natural and skin-like even under direct sunlight
- Hides pores very well
- The mesh also gives an even application
- The shape of the puff also makes it easy to apply on the corners of your face
- For my normal-oily combination skin, it lasted around 4-6 hours in a very humid climate without air conditioning
- Doesn’t break down horribly
- Sits well underneath other makeup products
Cons:
- Might be too dewy for people with oily skin
- Doesn’t fully cover eye bags but it does cover it enough to look natural
- Not full coverage and will not fully cover acne scarring or active acne
- Not Transfer proof
My SHADE REFERENCES:
- The cushion looks natural on me for everyday as my face is darker (Color Matches Laneige #31 and Maybelline Fit me 128), great for school makeup, but if I were to go out, I’d prefer #201
- Maybelline Fit me 120, L’Oreal Tru match G2, L’Oreal Infallible 102, VDL Perfecting Last V03, Banilla Co CC Cover Light Beige, Missha Magic 23 (Looks light at first but oxidises afterwards), Cathy Doll #23, Covergirl Ready Set Go 115, Etude House Serum Foundation (Both Rosy Sand and Beige Matches me Well, but for a more natural makeup I’d go for sand), Klairs BB Cream.
