Dear Madam/Sir,

This producton 21.12.2014. arrived. Unfortunately, when unpacking, I found that the product bottle was damaged and the serum leaked. Serum is about 1/6 missing. I don't know how long this product warranty lasts and whether the serum was in contact with air. However, I don't dare to use the product or I don't know whether the product can be used.

The images are attached to the damaged product.

I hope you investigate my complaint.
