I use this on days when I don't wash my hair. 2-3 sprays on my head near the roots is usually enough to make my hair smell nice and fruity. It's not a heavy scent - just a faint raspberry/grapefruit-like smell. I like that it deodorizes my scalp and helps my hair stay clean a bit longer.
