I am in love with this toner - a very good basic moisturizing toner, I think, for all skin types. The first thing I was impressed by - its rose scent. It's incredible and makes me use the toner more often than I need to. The toner is not sticky but quite thick. I apply it in two or three layers - it rescues my skin from dry air caused by the central heating. Toner heals and calms the irritated skin very well. I am sure I'll buy it again.
