I use it after the serum step before the moisturizer. The texture is water based which I like a lot as it does not make skin look greasy. The smell is very delicate and goes off in some time. In winter I still need to put extra mosturising layer after it as my skin is very dry. I havent notice a big difference on my skin after using it but would continue it as it is soothing and locks in moisture.
