Ok, I guess I have to comment on the gimmick.
Yes, it actually is a gel that turns into water (check out the picture!). I think it's a GREAT delivery method, here's why:
1) The toner is in a sanitary vacuum container
2) It's super easy to control how much comes out
3) You don't need cotton rounds or anything to apply it - no waste!
As to the effectiveness.... It works. My skin was dehydrated when I started using it and now I can see it be transformed.
My skin feels less tight (actually, not tight at all) and the makeup goes on better and lasts longer.
I should also say that it's the perfect consistency for combination skin.
Would I recommend it? Sure!
