While the description says its for glowy, dewey foundations, I use it with soft matte and dewey finish foundations. Its great for getting a thin layer all over the face. It leaves no brush marks. Easy to blend with this. And you dont need a sponge after this. Very soft. I do clean it regularly. Be careful not to be too harsh with this brush. Innisfree never disappoints
