This cushion is tied with Iope's for absolute quality. The case is a beautiful shimmery purple and feels very hefty and durable in the hand. It's very well-made. The puff imparts thin, even coverage without absorbing too much product. The coverage is light: it covers my freckles and any uneven skintone, but PIH and dark marks still show. It doesn't settle into fine lines or uneven skin and looks even more airbrushed than the Iope cushion. The finish is very moist -- good for dry skin or those who want a dewy look. I finish it with setting powder to take down the shine a little. It comes with one cushion refill.

N13 is a little darker than Innisfree Ampoule Intense/Water Glow 13 or Iope N13. It's warm-toned with a lot of yellow and a bit of orange. If Innisfree 13 is just a little too light for you, then Hera N13 will probably work for you.
