If you're looking for a long-lasting lip tint, look no further. A million times easier to use than lip tattoo packs, Peri's Ink doesn't budge for any reason. It provides bright, even color and is one of the few tints that will actually stick to my top lip. The texture is somewhere between a water and a milk, making it easy to do both gradation and full color. It's a little sticky as it dries but after a few minutes it feels like normal lips. I don't find it any more drying than a normal water tint, and you can use a lip balm over it once it's dry. It fades slowly and evenly, no patches or bare spots. Even after oil cleansing and a shower, there is still some stain left on my lips. Be very careful when you apply it, though, because if you get it anywhere else on your skin, it's going to stain there too.
The applicator is a flattened doefoot. It's flexible and soft and makes applying a breeze. The dropper-shaped bottle is cute, although I always screw the cap on crooked. It has a fruity scent although that wears down quickly.
#1 It Lips is a bright, cool pink. It can look kind of raspberry-like on my lips when built up. I think this is a color that would look beautiful on very fair and very deep skintones.
