First off, this essence has a watery-medicinal-grass smell to it. It is not overpowering, but I notice that when I first used it. So, the essence texture itself is kind of weird to me. It is watery, but it also has a gel-like texture to it too. I mention gel-like because it sits on your skin even though its texture is water-like, and then dries as if you patted water dry on your face. It is really weird! Regardless of that, it has a nice finish as if you pat your face dry from water. This product does not give you adequate moisture, so you will definitely be using a moisturizer on top of this toner. Definitely try to layer this product on your skin for soft, mochi-like skin! I recommend this!
