This toning is so soothing and moisturizing and amazing value for the price. The texture is watery and great for multiple layers. It's slightly thicker than water so it doesn't work as a mist. But it instantly plumps and moisturizes my skin with just a few drops. The ingredients are great. The only ingredient to be careful of is fragrance, but the smell is very faint and disappears quickly. Recommended and will repurchase.
