I loved the original Black Sugar Cleansing Oil but this is so much worse. The lemon scent is gone and now it smells like sweet rice wine and perfume. It's thin in texture and when you try to massage it on your face it feels like there's nothing there, even with six pumps worth on your face. When you emulsify it, instead of turning into a milk, it just mostly gets washed away. It removed my BB cushion but not my lip tint or mascara. Afterward, my skin was red and dry. The ingredients are in Korean on the bottle and they are junk compared to the original. The only good thing about the upgrade is it's now a 200 mL bottle instead of 170 mL. The packaging is sleek, too.
