This feels more like a gel texture consistency. It doesn’t feel like oil and dries quickly . When it turns to foam it’s really smother and easy in the face. The smell is a bit flowery but not so strong. It doesn’t leave a oily residue like most oil cleaners and a foam cleanser isn’t really necessary after using this. It’s good for taking off light makeup and sun cream and maybe heavy makeup but you have used a water cleanser first.
