I already used this powder earlier, they changed the design of it and it had shades before (#21 and #23, and it's way too dark for me now, so I'm happy it's without shade anymore). That time I had oily skin and needed to use powder atop of my BB every time. This one is making skin looks matt with only a light touch of it! I was absolutely happy with it from the morning and until the evening, so I got this as backup. It won't conceal inflammation troubles, so concealer will be needed.
