Toner has a watery consistency, it absorbs very quickly into skin.It has a little bit cooling effect, and makes my skin soft and smooth to the touch. There can be slightly itching feelings on the skin after application of the toner due to acids in ingredient list. Also this toner tends to tighten my skin, which feels not so good. So i like to use this toner together with the serum from this line. The serum helps to get rid from this tightening feeling due to good level of moisture. Also together they help to cure my skin from acne better.
