5star for the packaging. The applicator has a nice massage head so it’s very relaxing to use. The product has a gel texture. According to instruction you need to use the mask few times per week only. However I found that the product works simply as an eye cream, so at the end I started to use daily at night but people with dry skin or in winter can use it in the morning us well. I don’t have dark circle or puffiness so don’t know it they help with them. As per instruction should massage the eye area for a few minutes each time this may help puffiness. But with starting fine lines did nothing. So over all it’s a standard good hydrating eye cream no more no less.
