I bought Etude House Soon Jung 5-Panthensoside Cica Balm becaue I have very sensitive skin that is very tight after washing and has very big problems with redness and blemishes.  The Balm does not have any strong scents which I love and feels rich on skin, but it absorbs very nicely. It really helps my skin to not feel tight and red. I use it after my regular moisturiser and I absolutely love it. Will certainly repurchase.
