I purchased this serum because of my hormonal cystic breakouts.

It's not a miracle serum and didn't clear my acne overnight but as I continued to use it, my skin started to change slowly.

The number of breakouts that I had reduced and I noticed the spots that I would repeatedly get on the same location started to lessen, allowing my skin to heal.

The color of the serum is yellow and is a little bit more viscous than water.

It has a strong medicinal (?) herbal kind of scent. I'm not sensitive to scents but if you are, you might want to think about buying this.

Because of the herbal type scent it really feels like I'm applying something healing to my troubled skin.

I love the serum and will repurchase when I run out.
