I would call it an essence than a toner.
It is non-drying, gel-like toner that does not leave a sticky residue. It has not irritated my skin and I hope it stays that way.
Big bottle, it will last for a while considering I pat it directly on my skin without using any cotton pad.
But I will need more time to see how well it works for my skin.
