This balm is very easy to use, and removes all my makeup effortlessly. It's also relaxing to massage it over my face, and leaves my skin moisturized after I rinse it off. I've used it every night for about a week now, and my skin has not reacted badly. I'm still going to have to monitor use for a little longer to see if it does clog my pores, but so far, it has been a pleasure to use.

Bonus points for the packaging, because the lid, top cover, and spatula all make this product hassle-free to use. The balm has a mild, slightly herbal, scent.
