If you have a zit filled with pus, just put it on overnight and you'll be fine the next day. You can even wear it out and it won't be that noticeable- a boon for people like me who're cursed with the fate of having pimples pop up on important days.

Note- These only work with the pus-filled pimples so, fair warning. Also, the red ones are thicker than the black ones so if you wanna cover them withmakeupo I'd say use the black version.
