Absolutely love these cute patches, they're very cheap and they work so well in healing acne. I 1000% recommend them, as they're so easy and simple to use! Even if you're not seeing any drastic effects they still help with the healing of scars which is always a plus. I actually love their new collection more as they work much better (from their AC collection), the oval shape clings to the skin better and the tearable part makes actually taking the patch from the sheets much better. Additionally, I feel as though people who haven't had a good experience with these aren't using them properly, they're not something like a spot treatment to make all acne dissapear as they're meant to be for healing an acne scar that has already spewed puss. I've found this guide from reddit to work well; I would link it but I'm not sure with Jolse's rules.
If your pimple hasn’t come to a head, use a warm compress for a couple of minutes to coax it out.
1. Clean the area. Or you know, just wash your face as you normally would and then work on spots.
2. Identify your zit’s center and use a lancet to lightly pierce the skin. You can buy lancets in any pharmacy’s diabetes section or you can use any needle and sterilise it with rubbing alcohol.
3. Treat the spot with some BHA (stridex, PC, etc) EDIT: Some people have reported chemical burns when using tret or BHA under a bandage, skip this step if you have sensitive skin. Also remember to dispose of them properly
4. GENTLY squeeze with q-tips or clean fingers (no fingernails!) until you’re sure the skin has been pierced and the gunk has a way out
5. Slap a bandage over the area and leave overnight
