Just a regular hydrating toner, nothing too special. Has some nice ingredients and hydrates well but I haven't noticed significant changes in my skin after using it for about two months. Absorbs well enough, you could do multiple layers if you wanted to, though I'm not sure how effective that would be given how unremarkable it is. Or maybe it needs multiple layers to actually work, who knows. I would have rated this higher if it was marketed as a purely hydrating toner, since it does that, but the product promises glow which I'm not seeing. If you're looking for a brightening effect skip this one,  but if all you want is a simple hydrating product, this toner does the job well enough.
