I bought this as I've tried numerous vitamin C serums in the past and still have issues with hyperpigmentation that I want to lighten.

I prefer with this compared to serums, is that it's in a tube so it isn't being exposed to as much air as you would if you were using a dropper bottle with the serums, so I find it lasts longer than the serums I've bought before which have oxidised before I finished it and had to throw out.

This is pretty sticky and heavy but I've seen that with every vitamin C cream and serum I've used. Use it alone at night without any other product and the heaviness won't be that bad.

I don't break out as much using this compared to other serums/creams that have stung or inflamed/irritated my skin and caused breakouts. I haven't used it long enough to honestly say I can tell a difference, but I haven't seen it causing more breakouts.
