I would not call this product "Calming". I thought I bought something to gently get rid of acne while calming it (like One step clear pad). I thought "intensive" was more for intensive calming. On the contrary, it is more intensive in terms of exfoliants. If you have other bottles of exfoliants and don't know how to finish them because your skin is sensitive, I would not recommend buying this one. On the other hand, if you don't have any exfoliants in your collection and you seek one, this could be a good decision. However, I couldn't see much results as my skin just gets flaky, irritated and dry after using exfoliants such as this one (Neogen gauze peeling is fine though). For calming/non-irritating properties, I would rather recommend Centella products from Purito :)
