It has a sticky texture like honey, and smells very mild, doesnt have much of a taste.
I have been using it every night but i cant say it has been providing my lips with any extra moisture that I can see so far. Perhaps just peeling? It's got loads of product though and as someone else said and I have also noticed, the pigment in my lips has gotten darker so perhaps it is doing something and I may just need to add an extra hydrating balm for during the day.
