I've never used a toner like this! While it's in liquid form like any other toner, once you apply it your face feels like it's been moisturized like a cream--truly innovative and magical! I have dry skin so it's been great to simplify my routine. Only small complaint is that I feel like I don't need to use as many products as before which is both good and bad because I do enjoy the process of putting on the different steps and layers of my skincare.
