The balm performed well at removing make up and cleansing my skin, however I discovered I am highly sensitive to it. I ended up having to stop using it due to the sensitivity towards it which is really unfortunate. It you are looking for a balm that is great at removing make up without stripping your skin, this one works well. Just be cautious if you have sensitive skin.
