This is a nice hydrating toner, not more, not less. The texture is a bit gel-like, what makes it glide on to the skin easily but it takes a bit longer to sink in as water-type toners. It is hydrating enough as a toner in winter and can replace toner and gel moisturizer in summer. I have very sensitive skin and it didn't break me out. It's a good product but it didn' "wow" me. I think I would rather try something else than repurchasing it at the moment, but it's a product I might go back to in the future when I want something simple, but hydrating.
