These Calming Pads do exactly what they promise! They calm down my skin if there is redness or impurities. They are very nice to apply to the skin and have a light refreshing texture. I use them instead of a toner. My skin is very sensitive but these pads did not break me out. One side of the pad is more rough than the other, so you can choose if you want a slight mechanical peel or not. I can recommend this product for all skin types.
