The consistency of the toner is very thick and the color is white, literally like a milk. When I’ve tried to wipe my face with the toner on the cotton swab, then almost everything soaked into the cotton swab. I think that if this situation will be every time then the toner won’t be so long going. Reaction on the face was quite good, but after few days of using nothing changed.
