This works very well for locking in the moisture at night. This was my first sleeping mask, so initially I was unsure of exactly how much to use. You really only need to apply a very small amount of this to your skin. It's clear if you use too much because it will take a long time to dry down. Additionally, I noticed when I (accidentally) overused this, my face would get slightly itchy. The negative effects were only temporary, and did not affect my skin.

Although this is a very small pot, it lasts for a long time. It hasn't caused any breakouts or issues, and does a decent job hydrating my skin.
